I support owner-managed businesses, mid-sized companies and international groups whenever finance responsibility is needed. Some mandates last a few weeks, others run for months – as an external finance partner.

Your finance manager is out – or the position stays vacant.
Interim Finance Management
Leading accounting or controlling for a limited time: when a position is vacant, someone drops out or a transition has to be managed. I take responsibility and keep operations running – until the situation is resolved.

Analysing and improving processes
Many finance processes simply grew over time and were never questioned. I look at them from the outside, see where things get stuck and build structures that hold – pragmatic and workable.
SAP is running – but the results don’t fit.

SAP from a finance perspective: I help companies use SAP efficiently in accounting – from implementation and optimisation to key-user support and training.
Plenty of numbers – but no answers.

Numbers nobody reads help nobody. I build reports that actually say something – clear, decision-relevant and tailored to the business.

Hands-on support
The closing has to be done – every month, on time.
Accounting & closings
Monthly, quarterly and annual closings under German GAAP (HGB). Reliable, clean and on schedule. I get up to speed quickly in existing structures and step in where relief is needed.
Bookkeeping is months behind.
Clearing backlogs
Reconciling accounts, clearing open items, restoring the ability to close – the foundation for everything else.
The numbers don’t add up – and nobody can find the error.
Troubleshooting
I analyse how things connect, question existing assumptions and find causes that have often been overlooked for a long time. Not spectacular – but decisive. This is exactly what I’m brought in for.

Budget, forecast & cost accounting
Setting up budgets and rolling forecasts, structuring cost accounting, post-calculation – numbers you can actually steer by.
The auditors are on their way.

I know what auditors require as well as how things work inside a company. I prepare, accompany the audit and answer the questions nobody in-house can answer with confidence.

Flexible – from sparring for a limited time to full operational responsibility. Mostly remote, on site when needed. The scope follows your situation, not a rigid hourly model.
